Pros

Amazing avenue and a job profile to meet new people Leave policy is amazing Immediate management is super easy to work with and open to learning and helpful Leading Market Holder in the flex space

Cons

No Facetime with HR or Senior Management even once in almost 2 years. Standard company wide appraisal without any performance review, justification or logic. No Direction for employees and their future growth path. Absolutely zero performance based appreciation or even criticism for that matter. It has become a very simple culture of whoever is a put your head down and work kind of a person will be comfortable here. Anyone who wants to grow out of the traditional path laid, will not be entertained in the slightest. They have absolutely no care for talent, employee culture & retention of employees. Instead of your performance, they will go by the books and look at how many months have you spent in the organisation.

Accountability, ownership and trust. Great place with vibrant culture and thriving organisation

Cons

Could have a better compensation structure or a better budget for the role is what I feel however It was never a concern because it was my first happy workplace

Pros

- Leaves are higher compared to other companies. - Good like minded colleagues

Cons

Since the New CEO joined companies culture went down the drain i have worked here for 2 years. Before the management change this was the best organisations to work with and company was actually doing very good clients, employees & vendors every one was happy. new CEO is highly arrogant and is always pushing to show her dominance. She hasn't done anything which has led the company to grow apart from cost cutting that too on unnecessary things like removing tissue rolls from washrooms, not hiring any replacements for people who have left. This is how she is proving her performance showing cost cutting intiatives because revenue didn't grow at all. Company is operating like earlier only what she has contributed is toxicity and dissatisfaction nothing else. She also people from her previous organisations they too left, She doesn't really know much about co working industry, she just wants people to be a yes man for her bringing green tea, putting her luggage in her cab etc. I personally have seen her talking to senior folks i such a disgraceful manner, This can be used as a case study how one bad hiring can ruin the company culture.
