Pros

Smart, kind, and collaborative coworkers – The people are truly the best part of working at Dropbox. Cross-functional collaboration is smooth, and there’s a genuine sense of support. Work-life balance – Dropbox places a strong emphasis on flexibility and well-being, and Virtual First has been thoughtfully implemented.

Cons

Frequent org changes – Reorgs and shifting priorities can make it hard to build momentum and long-term clarity. Limited growth paths – Career advancement can feel slow or unclear in some functions, especially for ICs.

Pros

Great culture, sense of ownership and room for growth. Room to experiment, share inputs/ideas, and lean into being curious.

Cons

Fast paced, timelines are odd and decision makers aren't always clear.
