Toxic work environment. Management is very cliquish and will pick who gets bonuses and who will not, including the amount. Depending on how hard you work, you might not be guaranteed a bonus at all, but others besides you are getting larger bonuses for the same or less work. Management also is rude and condescending, as well as creates a toxic work environment for everybody on their team and around.

Low pay, toxic office environment, favoritism, almost like you all have to think the same way to fit in. Repetitive, no skill development. No clear path for any growth.
