Position Summary: The Technical Sales Associate is responsible for the promoting, selling and after-sale support of CVF Products to consumers and dealers.

Principal Responsibilities:

 Inbound technical sales (no outbound cold calls)

 Sales and tech support via phone, e-mail and online chat

 Other administrative tasks between customer service calls

 Occasional travel to car and trade shows

 Stay on top of industry trends and initiatives

 Provide feedback on website and catalog presentations

Education / Experience Requirements:

 HS diploma or GED

 Outstanding customer relationship skills

 Ability to understand and explain complex concepts through phone and written communication

 Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis software.

 Detail oriented

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements:

 General knowledge of classic cars and automotive repair

 Ability to prioritize and work independently as a self-starter with strong proactive work ethic.

 People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

 Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.

 Must be able to provide references and pass a drug screen / background check.

 Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record required.
