Looking for an engineer/tech interested in supporting GNSS issue identification, logging, triage, monitoring and resolution for my platform team.
But would want somebody with experience in SW issue debug/triage/resolution of software issues with minimum requirements:
- Python
- Excel, Word
- Jira (or equivalent issue tracking system)
- GIT (or equivalent version control system)
OVERVIEW & IMPACT:
Applicant will focus on triage of customer, field and local test issues while improving efficiency of process and tools. Some travel required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep platform software issues synced with internal issues
- Validate Jira/data (collect logs, get replication procedure, etc)
- Replicate & Triage Issues, provide feedback
- Minor tools edits/improvements
- Use the Continuous Integration system (python edits and database queries)
- Keep stakeholders informed
- Coordinate between teams
- Potential to support certification testing on site (US, Europe, Asia)
