VP – RCM Operations (End-to-End RCM)

We are seeking a Senior Director / Director – RCM Operations to lead and scale end-to-end revenue cycle operations for Allergy specialty practices. This is a senior leadership role requiring hands-on operational expertise, strong client leadership, and the ability to manage high-performing onshore and offshore teams in a KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end RCM operations to onshore and offshore teams.
· Oversee the full revenue cycle including front-end workflows, charge capture, coding, billing, AR follow-ups, denials management, and payment posting.
· Partner and mentor onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring consistent performance against KPIs and SLAs.
· Act as the executive escalation point for clients, driving timely resolution and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
· Analyze revenue trends, denial patterns, and reimbursement performance; implement corrective and preventive action plans.
· Partner with clients on process optimization, workflow redesign, and performance improvement initiatives.
· Drive standardized reporting, dashboards, and executive-level performance reviews for internal and client stakeholders.
· Collaborate with internal technology, automation, and analytics teams to implement RCM innovations and system enhancements.
· Support account expansion, renewals, and new business initiatives through operational excellence and client satisfaction.
· Contribute to enterprise-wide operational excellence, scalability, and margin improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· 12+ years of progressive RCM experience, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles (Director / Senior Director).
· Proven end-to-end RCM expertise (required).
· Deep understanding of leading and managing Hospital & Physicians specialty-specific coding, billing rules, payer policies, denial management and Collections (AR).
· Experience managing vendor-side or third-party RCM operations with strong client-facing responsibilities.
· Demonstrated success leading global delivery models (onshore and offshore teams).
· Strong track record of meeting and exceeding KPI- and SLA-driven performance targets.
· Excellent executive-level communication, analytical, and people-leadership skills.
· Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
