We are seeking Level 1 Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale endpoint modernization initiative involving the replacement and upgrade of approximately 4,000 end-of-life devices across Washington. This role will focus on high-volume device deployments, supporting installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting of desktops and laptops. Technicians will work under the guidance of lead technicians to ensure devices are properly configured, functional, and ready for end-user use. This is an entry-level, hands-on technical role ideal for candidates with foundational IT experience looking to grow within enterprise deployment environments.
