Milestones Behavioral Pediatrics is seeking a passionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Clinic Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a balanced 35-hour work week with flexible scheduling
- Provide no more than 10 hours/week of direct 1:1 services, allowing focus on supervision and program quality
- Oversee clinical programming and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery
- Mentor and support case manager interns and graduate students pursuing BCBA certification
- Supervise and support RBTs and other BACB candidates
- Assist with new hire training and onboarding, fostering team development
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Director, and leadership team
- Model and uphold Milestones’ core values in all interactions

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or trainees
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
