A&M Ventures is hiring a Client Services Representative to join our New London, CT team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.
In this role, you'll work directly with customers, represent Frontier's residential services, and gain valuable experience in customer relations, communication, business development, and sales. Every Client Services Representative receives comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help build confidence and grow professionally while contributing to overall sales success.
Responsibilities of a Client Services Representative
- Meet directly with customers to discuss available residential internet and communication services, educate them on features and benefits, and answer questions to help them make informed decisions.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, personalized interactions while delivering a positive experience that reflects the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer preferences, usage requirements, and connectivity goals, then recommend solutions that best fit their individual needs while supporting sales objectives.
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, including account setup, service activation, documentation completion, and resolving service-related questions in a timely manner.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, provide updates, and support long-term customer retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account information, service requests, and enrollment details while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Participate in ongoing Client Services Representative training, mentorship, coaching sessions, and team development programs to strengthen communication skills, product knowledge, customer service abilities, and professional growth.
- Contribute to team sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences as a Client Services Representative.
