payever Business Development interview questions

I experienced 2 steps. The first was a normal interview where they asked me about my past experience. The second step was a quiz + a business case. The time you are expected to spend on the second step was around 2-3 hours. After you spend an entire morning dealing with the quiz and the case I have never received any feedback. I understand that it can happen no to succeed in an interview, but after so much time spent, you expect at least feedback, even if negative. I found it really unrespectful.
