All questions were behavioral based on my resume. For example, tell me about a time when you had to meet a deadline?
What is a reason you would want to work for our company?
How many hours can you commit to our company weekly?
1. Demonstrate your writing skills in an email to All Staff. 2. Meeting and Events planning. 3. Stakeholder's request management etc.
Something in the lines of "If you were given a big project to complete and other additional assignments due all on the same day that they were given to you which one would you do first?".
The most difficult thing was in fact the on-line assessment, which took nearly an hour to complete. The assessment included five sections: 1) a 143-statement list which I had to answer "agree" or "disagree": "I enjoy hang-gliding" 2) a long list of "would I rather": "Would you rather read a book or teach people how to shark-dive?" 3) a multiple choice of mathematical problems that included advanced algebra, trigonometry, and calculus 4) a multiple choice of vocabulary words, such as "denuded" and "banal" 5) a number of analogies: RED:STOP::BLUE:??
I would say the most awkward question was, "Where do you see yourself long term with this company?". As you all should know to never say "I want your job" lol.
