This was not a behavioral interview which was surprising as this is the trend in biopharm. However, this was also only my second interview in 11 years. As mentioned, it was quite casual which gave me the impression of a more casual work environment which was what I was seeking.
Regulatory filings for Device/IV diagnostics...how differed from Pharma...though had 20 years experience with regulatory, 1 year industry device, staff was not convinced that was enough to do filings for this company. Arrogant, obnoxious, cut interview off at 12 minutes.

Name a difficult situation either with a manager, site or sponsor. Elaborate on what made the situation difficult and how you handled it. They also asked about a time I perhaps mishandled a situation and what I would change about that moving forward.
