on campus: 1 Describe a situation you worked in a team. 2 if someone wouldn't do their job in a team, what will you do? 3 leadership experience. 4 why tax? 5 why EY? 6 what about your interest? onsite:very casual and conversational. 1 leadership skill? 2 excel skill? 3 why your school? 4 how do you deal with multi-tasks in the same time?
The interviews were very conversational in nature and didn't require much technical thought. They mostly just wanted to hear about my experiences on my resume. The only real question I had to answer was about how I've handled working with a group member that wasn't pulling his weight. My advice would be worry less about what they'll ask you and focus more on good questions that you can ask them as they seemed very impressed by my inquiries.
Tell me about a time you had a difficult boss.
Please introduce yourself Why accounting? Why tax? Tell me about a difficult situation you had to handle and how you dealt with it? Tell me about something you've achieved you feel most proud about
Can you talk about your internship experience? How would you do if the managers assigned you many projects?
How are the ending periods different between balance sheet and income statement?
Tell me three qualities which your close friends would describe you as having.
How you build a community from ground up, and how you manage to make them still active?
Pretty standard questions. Go through the resume and ask a few questions about my experience. The rest of the interview is conversational.
