Distribution Center Coordinator Interview Questions
30 distribution center coordinator interview questions shared by candidates
There were no interview questions. The man nearly jumped out of his seat on seeing my resume and my MBA from a State university. That's when he went into a flipping rage about having gone to Oxford and also thought it good to inform me that he pays more in taxes every year than I will ever earn. It was at that point I recognized this insane individual was nobody I would ever sacrifice my time and talents to work for. Then he started bragging about firing his own father. Frankly, I wanted to shoot this worthless eater in the head. Far and few between are such utterly useless and arrogant people ever encountered.
Who do you think you are?!
Tell me about a time in which you benefitted from meritocracy.
Just general background questions about your resume and if you could perform the job functions the position required. They asked why are you looking to leave your current job?
What are three strengths?
Can you tell me about yourself and what you currently do?
They continually questioned on a situation where I failed and what I learned as a result. It's not that it was an upexpected question, but the number of times it came up with different wording through the multiple interviews was odd.
Describe a time you worked with someone that is different than yourself.
No extremely difficult questions. They all focused on past supervisory experiences and program/project management. Also asked if I had experience with Lean and 6 Sigma. Not being a green/black belt didn't hurt me but I think it helped that I had been part of several Lean/6 Sigma events.
