Here's one question that stands out. I was talking about how my previous boss was great, and Evan asked: "Yeah, she sounds really effective, so why don't you have her job?" Reading between the lines, I heard, "Are you not good enough?"
There was a lot of discussion around management and communication styles as well as best-practices for working cross-functionally.
Was asked to walk through my experience in content, marketing, SEO, and general management of people/teams. There was no project, which might have been because I followed up the next morning with a detailed outline of how I would approach developing a content and distribution strategy (without being asked to do so).
