Depending on with whom I was chatting with, interview questions basically around my past experience, what I was looking for, types of work I enjoyed doing, personal interests, client industries and work culture, what I wanted to learn next, etc.

The first video call with human resources is about getting to know you and there are simple questions about your creative process and what you consider is a good design. If you pass this round you are designed a task. In this case was to make a brand review of the company pointing out the pros and cons and how you would make it better. It is important to notice that the brief was really general and there was not really a time frame to develop it. It would have been good to be more specific regarding the expected results because at the en a proper brand review involves A LOT of work.
