If you are going for an interview, you are just wasting your time. After waiting for 5 hrs for the interview one person came and asked 2-3 simple questions, which i answered correctly, and then 10 min later they says my feedback is not up to the mark . Wait what? ! I have 5+ years of experience and nagarro is willing to hire me as a tech lead and you says my feedback is not up to the mark. They wasted my whole day. The building is in a remote location. Every candidate was complaining about the location. Office is in basement and I was getting a feeling of call centre.
