I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayve
Interview
1st recruiter chat. 2nd technical phone screen. 3rd hiring manager chat. Then onsite with system design and 2 behavioral rounds. Overall the team was nice to speak to. However, the recruiter is very aggressive and will call directly on your phone to schedule interviews the next day. After the onsite, the recruiter gave a verbal offer and started discussing offer details. The next day onwards, the recruiter ghosted and did not get back.

Interview
Had 1 recruiter call, 1 tech screen coding, next 3 rounds including 1 coding, 1 domain, 1 behavioural. All went fairly smoothly. Interviewers seemed to be happy with the answers. Didn't get an offer so not sure what exactly went wrong.
I enjoyed all interviews, negative experience only due to absolutely no feedback.

The recruiter's phone screen was really good, and the HR was friendly. The first stage was DSA style on Python, merging two array sets with some conditions, I didn't make it to the next stage but overall the process was smooth.
