Interview
Easy going, sensible questions, I did not have a hard time talking hearing or listening. Very direct easy to answer questions. Typically, you’ll have an initial recruiter screen, a technical phone/video interview, possibly a hands-on or coding exercise, a hiring manager interview, and a final team/culture fit discussion before an offer.
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with easy, clear questions that required minimal extra preparation. I also appreciated how promptly the interview was scheduled and conducted, which made the overall experience smooth and respectful of my time.
