Average interview. Mostly behavior based with little technical questions because they teach you everything when you start. High turnover because certifications are hard to obtain. Decent pay and decent benefits.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.

Interview
There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
