Interview
The walk-interview consisted of a timed assessment and a 1-on-1 interview shortly after. 3-5 candidates at each table completed the same process, exited the room, allowing space for more candidates to complete the same cycle. Somehow even with 4+ years of combined customer service and call center experience, still didn't get offered the job, not sure why.
The company location is still hiring for the same position, so it seems like they still need to fill roles. Was it because I don't have a college degree? Was it due to my military experience or commitment to the National Guard?
Outside of this, the warehouse was very well lit, clean, organized, and gave the impression of a very structured and professional work environment. Seems like it might be a nice place to work.
