There first was a phone recruiter interview. Once that was completed they set up a virtual interview eith mansgers. This interview included SBO questions. Original interview also had a role playing exercise in selling something.

Tell me about a time you had to adjust a process due to challenges.
First interview was a short phone interview less than 30. Another phone interview a little over an hour. Finally an in person interview at the facility where was given a tour, met someone who currently worked there, and then sat down and interviewed
There are 2 interviews, first one just a phone call and second a zoom interview. Scenario based, they ask several. I honestly thought I bombed it but still got hired
