First, a job fit survey is sent. You will then have two additional interviews that are one on one. These interviews can either be in person or virtual with different team leads or managers at the firm.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a challenge at work and how you handled it.
2 rounds of interviews with training managers, conversational and behavioral mostly. Inquired about previous roles, leadership experience, financial planning knowledge. Training managers want to ensure prospects are willing to learn.
Typical questions about client base and production estimates. I am joining a team that is sponsoring me so it was a fairly straight forward process. I have a strong background so the questions were more to assess my soft skills.
