Interview
I went through a two-month-long interview process with this company, which involved multiple rounds and a significant amount of time and emotional investment. Unfortunately, I received no feedback at the end.
The technical team was respectful and sharp. I had a brief but solid conversation with them about core React concepts like hooks and CRUD structure. However, I was only assessed on backend skills (C# and SQL) through a HackerRank challenge and the technical interview.
Despite not being given any meaningful opportunity to demonstrate frontend knowledge, the manager concluded that my UI skills were lacking. This felt unfair and disengaged, especially given that frontend topics were never seriously explored during the process.
It came across as dismissive and somewhat disconnected from the actual evaluation, which left a sour taste after an otherwise professional technical interaction.
Communication overall was inconsistent, with frequent changes in contacts on HR side and a lack of transparency. If you're considering applying, just be aware that the process may drag on and end without closure. I expected more structure and basic respect for candidate time from a company of this size.
