I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Hanover Insurance Group (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview and then 2 weeks later I went in for an in-person interview. You start off with a job shadow. Make sure you pay attention to the calls that came in as your interviewer may ask you about the calls. It will be a bad look if you couldn't follow what happened on the calls. Then I sat with a supervisor from the floor and that person asked a few questions and reviewed my resume. They had a copy of my resume in a packet. The interview took place in a small conference room and so once I finished with the in person supervisor, a call came in on the hard phone in the room from another supervisor from MA. They ask you some questions and then another call comes in from the Manager of both supervisors.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Hanover Insurance Group (Worcester, MA) in Jul 2018
Interview
First they send you a questionnaire to complete, then a phone interview with an onsite recruiter. After that there is a 2 hour interview including: 30 min shadow, 2 - 30 min face-to-face interviews and then another 30 min phone interview. Everyone seemed very nice. Be sure to give detailed responses and show that you did your research.
