After applying online, I received a phone call from the supervisory to come in for an interview. I came in, was taken to the office and was introduced to what the job is, expectations, etc. It was simple and straightforward.

Seamless. I applied online first. Then was asked some questions through a phone call and was asked to come in for an in person interview. The hiring manager is great and the interview was more of a conversation than the usual cookie cutter interviewer questions.
