This was my second year meeting with campus recruiters at a career fair. Last year I was told I do not have "much experience". This year I brought plenty and a great overall background. Went through 4 interview rounds. After my 3rd interview I was told this is the final but somehow after a month of no response or feedback I was contacted by the recruiter for another phone interview. Literally asked me the same questions that the 3rd interviewers asked me. Honestly, such a fraud company, just read all the negative reviews about them which the HR department tries to cover up by writing positive reviews. I'm very glad I was denied because a company that does not even give any feedback to a person who has gone through 3 rounds of interviews speaks for itself. Fun fact.... I actually had to contact the recruiter myself after the 3rd interview for an answer which she did not have. Be careful with this company, they will just find any reasoning to deny you, I wonder what made them deny me this year?? Maybe I had too much of experience this year.
