Basically arranged by a consultancy firm. Informed that interview will be done on the basis of the electronics design systems and the software skill sets(C/C++, scripting etc.) . First there was a telephonic from TI Bangalore itself, who asked what are the things I ma interested and which kind of projects I have already worked. Asked about some very basics of basic electronics and told that be prepared for the F-F round in their office.
