The questions were fairly standard; be prepared with your own questions, as Tegria is a multifaceted company with an expansive product offering. Both of my interviews were conversations and not "stuffy" Q&A sessions with rapid-fire questions. The key is to engage upon introduction and find parallels between the company and you AND the interviewer and you.
