Tegria Client Success Manager interview questions

I am in shock of how terrible the recruiting process is. Worst experience I have ever had with a recruiter in my career. The screening interview was a JOKE. Recruiter called 5 minutes late, and then started the call thanking me for applying. Then said, "You did apply for this right?" Was completely unprepared. Kept pausing to say "Uhh hold on..." so they could read off a script. Did not look at my resume before the call and asked completely obvious questions that could have been found on my resume. A lack of effort completely on their side. If the recruiting process is this bad, I cannot imagine being employed at an organization like this.
