Simple, they asked basic questions. It was in person and face to face. I interviewed at a separate location and transferred. Transferring was hard, the staff does not communicate well
Very short and casual, Asked about availability and what is my favourite thing about Target. Didn't last more than 20 minutes and the interviewer was well prepared. You have the choice to do virtual or physical interviews. I chose virtual.
