I received the invite through the system, which is not sharing any person contact for any follow up question. The talent acquisition interviewer was very junior, despite of the role seniority, and just asking standard questions out of a script, giving the impression to not understanding the answers nor being able to assess leadership skills. After the interview she just disappeared without even giving a tailored feedback, despite having used a considerable amount of time of the candidate.
