You 1st have to get past a self screen interview. It feels awkward. You are able to record and retry if you don’t feel the 1st try was adequate. The send you the information to do the recording and provide you with a timeline that it has to be completed.

There is a computer testing, and 2 interviews. If you are responsive and reply and move through the steps quickly. You will likely get an offer within a week. Every communication/interview is virtual. It was a smooth process for me.
It’s virtual you take a few videos answer prerecorded questions . Most questions they ask will be about yourself. The interview follow up is about a week later and then you should have a start date with orientation. You’ll hear directly from Human Resources at this point
