1st round was a phone call. I received a call after applying in one of the job site. I was scheduled for an phone interview which was about one hour. The interview went good. Questions were all about my resume and my experience. Nothing technical here. In two days time I was asked for an one one interview. the interview was conducted by a panel of 5. The questions was all typical management and scenario based. after interview they took me for plant overview. I was informed a week later that they moved on with another candidate.
