I applied for the Shell Graduate program. The process comprised of 3 stages - online test, telephone interview and Shell Recruitment Day (SRD).
The questions I was asked in the phone interview were mainly behavioral-based. For SRD, a group of candidates were invited to the Shell offices for 2 days. The first day was mainly a get-to-Shell session where we had employees share their experiences on working in Shell. The next day was the interview which consisted of 4 exercises:
