It’s not that easy of a process, apply if you meet qualifications than they will call you for an interview. After the interview you’ll take a 10 question test must get 90% to move to the next step.

Three interviews. Pretty basic stuff. Interviewed with the recruited, then the other assistants and then the doctor that they wanted me to work with. Have to know someone that already works there if you have a lot of experience.
Got called for an in person interview then team’s interview a week later. If you are considered, the hiring manager will call you to follow up. Submit and experience form to be sent to HR. From there pay is determined and you will be contacted by the hiring manager once again. You will be offered a salary from that point.
