First Interview was on the phone and asked some STAR behavioral questions along with questions about me and what I was planning to do with my future. The second interview was in-person and it was more behavioral questions and more questions about operations specifically. The interviewers were personally very sweet and fun to talk to! Just be yourself and market your capabilities and what you could offer them.
