First call to discuss the job details. Second is official interview which takes 30 -45 minutes. I wasn’t really asked many questions as I just talked about my previous experience which was basically the same thing for the position I was applying for. The only additional questions they asked were clarifying, like what types of difficult calls I’d taken and how they were handled, etc. HR calls if you’re offered a job, sends email you have to respond to. You have to set up and complete a drug screen appointment within 3 days. 11 panel blood test. If you pass, they send you an email to tell you so and you continue filling out your onboarding paperwork and then wait until your start date.
