WOW! When I saw several negative reviews for this company, I didn't pay much attention, but they seem to have an overwhelming wave of them. I received an email to do a phone interview mere days after applying. The phone screen lasted A MINUTE. It didn't get pass my name and asking what I knew about the company, before a loud screech took over the call. I hung up and called back THREE TIMES and nothing. I even sent an email and tried to understand what happened. I never received a phone call back OR an email explaining what occurred or if we could reschedule. If this is how they handle technical difficulties or whatever that was, I guess I dodged a bullet with them. Good Riddance.
They contacted me for a phone interview within 2 days - the recruiter said it went well and will get back to me within 1-3 days to proceed. A week goes by and I hear nothing back and emailed the recruiter for a follow up.
No reply from her but got sent an automatic reply 3 days after that saying they hired someone.....
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sago (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
Not a difficult interview - pretty general. Just be prepared to answer typical interview style questions. A challenging time in your life, weakness and strengths. Talk about yourself and include your personality - although that hardly matters.
