I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ryder System (Newburgh, NY) in Jul 2018
Interview
Applied online at Ryder site, contacted by email 2 days later by Ryder recruiter to set up phone interview with the same recruiter. Phone interview went well, typical experience and background questions. Recruiter also detailed the compensation and other benefits, then I was told next step was assessment test, received link for assessment test 2 days after phone interview. 2 days after assessment test recruiter called me to set up phone interview with branch manager, had phone interview with branch manager who seemed somewhat curt when speaking with me. Asked specific quota attainment and deal size questions, I thought the interview went good, but hard to get a read as the branch manager was very neutral. I have not heard back since, so obviously I didn’t get selected I am disappointed they couldn’t communicate that - somewhat unprofessional
