Interview
There were six rounds of technical interviews held . First was with the senior dev, second was with the hiring manager , the third was with the team in Romania. After 2 months there was a call with the VP, CTO and Senior Vice President. The result came out to be negative as their requirement changed during the whole interview process.

Question 1
1. Technical questions of Linux , Software Architecture, SDLC. VP , CTO and Senior VP round were all general and related to business and pre sales.

Interview
Interview was pretty straightforward with minimal difficulty level. However, the interviewer was in a hurry to prove his expertise with varied topics. He was with less than 7 years of experience interviewing 12+years candidate. That explains the rush. Organization should invest some time in training their interviewers on conducting interviews.
Two rounds 1. Technical Round : This was pure technical where interviewer asked about projects and technology worked on. 2. Technical + Manager Round After that salary discussion happened with HR and HR issued offer letter. Joining was smooth.

Interview
Several round of Teams meeting. Interviewer were technical and managerially quite sound. They had good question to ask, people with good good technical exposure and latest industry standard s knowledge can crack easily.
