I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QTS (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
Applied online via company website and received an abrupt follow-up call within a week requesting an interview for the following day. On the day of the phone screening, the interviewer called 22 minutes late and was anything but pleasant.
I applied online. I interviewed at QTS in Feb 2026
Interview
I applied online in December 2025 and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after. Second interview was with the hiring manager and it was mainly conversational. Third interview was with team members and it was some situation based questions but also conversational. Fourth interview was with a director and again mainly conversational. I believed there is supposed to be a final in-person interview as well.
The process took 3+ months and like so many others on this platform I was ghosted by the recruiter / company. It’s disappointing spending months of my time to not even get an automated email stating I am no longer being considered for this position. I had to login to the QTS career portal to see my application had been moved to inactive. Overall just highly disappointed considering how many interviews I went through only to be ghosted.
