The HireVue interview process at Progressive is structured, straightforward, and entirely virtual. After completing the initial online assessment, I received an invitation to complete a one-way video interview through HireVue. The interview consisted of around 7–8 pre-recorded questions, mostly behavioral and based on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
