Interview
A couple phone interviews that seemed on point followed by an in person interview. At the in person one you learn you have to start off going door to door and will be working nights weekends and whenever. If you have a life outside of work and seem less than unreasonably enthusiastic to give up time with your family you will not get a call back.

Phone screening followed by a zoom interview and an in-person meeting. Everyone replies and follows up in a timely fashion. The first two interviews seem focused on getting to know you as an applicant, and the third asks the difficult questions.
