Dinner on the previous night with the current employees to get to know and ask about causal questions and onsite interview including scientific presentation and 1-on-1 interviews for the rest of the day.
After applying for the position, an internal recruiter reached out. It was a 30-minute phone call.
The next step was the interview with the hiring manager and this was done via video call.
It took about a month to go through this process.
The interview process was smooth but had to wait almost two months for their response.
A phone screening followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. Then a panel interview with several members of the team. The first two were mostly behavioral get to know you questions and the panel had a combination of technical and behavioral.
