I applied online and then I went to three different panda expresses in addition to a job fair that they had and was interviewed at each of these locations for positions starting at entry-level going to Cook going to shift lead going to assistant manager, and was turned down by all of them. I am professional both in appearance and in my interviews and I have lots of food surface experience, customer service experience and even management experience and this is how they responded. Mist of the time it seemed like they were just asking questions just to get through the interview not that they were paying attention to my answers. I just find them very odd the way they conduct themselves with prospective candidates.

Asks if you know Panda's values and what they are. Depends on manager but might ask you to demonstrate how to cook something on the menu. Asks as well why you want the position and what you would do with it.
