I had the first 20 min phone interview, the interviewer asked basic questions about me. They slightly surprised me, but not hard to answer.
And at the end offcourse if I have questions, I want to ask her.

The recruiter call was pretty chill. Basic resume rundown and behavioral questions. 30-min technical screen consisted of LeetCode medium/hard. On-site consisted of data manipulation, decomp/learning, behavioral questions on your background, experience, etc.

This is the first stage of the interview, basically checking whether the applicant is a good fit of the role? It was a 20 mins telephone interview with the HR, mainly asking about the applicant's background and past projects. Provided information about the role.
