Several interviews. A total of seven interviews over the course of a month. All interviews were via Teams. Everyone was very nice. Then a formal offer comes and then background check, drug screen etc.
Informal, conversational interview. Questions were mostly focused around past experience and reasons for applying. First round took place virtually. Interviewer gave space to ask and answer questions. A fair amount of time was allocated. Talent Acquisition did not respond to confirm next steps, post interview.
