The interviewer was nice however it was a bit generic. Also, they did not leave time for any of my questions which was frustrating. They asked normal competency style questions so nothing unexpected.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Octopus Energy in Mar 2024
Interview
In total there were 4 touch points regarding the vacancy - initially I was contacted by a recruiter about the position and my details were passed to the hiring manager. Just over a week later the hiring manager made contact, we had a conversation about the vacancy and my interest in the role after which I was invited to an on-line interview the following week. The on-line interview was with the hiring manager and a member of the wider team, after a couple of days the hiring manager called and invited me to a face to face interview in Slough which took place the next week. The face to face interview was with the hiring manager and a director.
