Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2023
Interview
HR asked questions to gauge what I was looking for and make sure my experience matched my resume. Then I met with the manager who was great and really made the interview easy and had great information. It didn't feel forced or like they didn't want to be there. They were genuinely interested in my experience and interests.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked to expand on my resume and speak to my experience. Probably to make sure I didn't add a bunch of bloat and to make sure I actually knew what the position entailed.
I pre-screened with HR, then interviewed with the hiring manager for an hour on-site. Overall, it was a pretty smooth process that took about a month before starting, after they received my clearance paperwork, NDAs, etc.
